Improving the O&M and fieldwork experience for our customers and their technicians has always been a priority, and we’ve been iteratively working towards this new feature for over a year now.
What started as automated algorithms, that wrote alerts to Slack when a problem was detected, is now a fully integrated desktop and mobile experience. Maintenance managers in the office can push issues directly to their local staff. Field Todos show up in a prioritized list for the local agent facilitates them to easily address the problem and capture the outcome. This Todo List feature removes the need for manually messaging each field issue to the local agent and enables automatic and reliable data captured from all work done in the field.
We will continue to optimize and enrich the feature set of the Todo Lists and our O&M tools, but this is certainly a big first step and we’re thrilled to see this in the hands of our customers.
